Product sync & mapping
Sync every product from your store and match it to a local design file once. The mapping is saved and persists across sessions — set it up once, never again.
Orders, sorted for you
Pick a date range and fetch orders. They're split automatically into mapped orders ready to go, and unmapped orders that need a design file — map them right there in the list.
One click, sent to your DTF software
Select orders — or hit Select All — and send the linked design files straight to your DTF software. Click any order for full details before you send it.

Good to know
What computer does it run on?
DTF Order Automation is a Windows desktop app. You install it on the Windows PC that runs your DTF software. There's no Mac or web version at this time.
Which online stores does it connect to?
Shopify is the only store platform we integrate with right now. You connect your Shopify store once in Settings, and the app pulls in your products and orders from there. Other platforms, like Etsy or WooCommerce, aren't supported yet.
What's a hot folder?
It's a folder your DTF software watches for new files — drop a design in, and it automatically picks it up and queues it to print. Almost all DTF software has one; you set its location once, and that's the same folder DTF Order Automation sends your files to.
Which DTF software does this work with?
Any DTF product that supports hot folders. Point it at your software's hot folder once in Settings, and files are sent straight there, ready to RIP.
What if a product isn't mapped to a design yet?
It shows up in the Unmapped list on the Orders tab. Map it to a design file right there, and it moves into the Mapped list immediately — no separate setup step.
What does it cost?
