Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Download the app and use it free for 7 days or 100 orders, whichever comes first. No credit card needed. When the trial ends, pick a plan and paste your license key into Settings to keep going.
What counts as an order?
Each Shopify order you send to your DTF software's hot folder counts once, no matter how many designs or line items it has. Re-sending the same order (a reprint or a fix) never counts again. Fetching and mapping orders is always free.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
Nothing stops. We never block a send in the middle of a production day. The app warns you when you reach 80% of your monthly orders and suggests an upgrade once you're over. If you're consistently over, we'll reach out about moving up a plan.
When does my order count reset?
Every month on your billing date. Yearly plans get the same monthly allowance, and it resets on the same day each month.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Open Settings in the app and choose Manage plan to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Your license key stays the same.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes. Every plan covers up to 2 devices, like a front-desk PC and a production PC, and orders from both count toward the same monthly total. Need more? Contact us.
What happens if I cancel?
Your license stays active until the end of your current billing period, then the app locks until you resubscribe. Your mappings and settings are saved locally and pick back up if you return.
