Setup guide

Get up and running in about 10 minutes.

Connect your Shopify store, point the app at your DTF software, map your first products, and you're ready to send orders.

1

Connect your Shopify store

In the app, go to the Settings tab and enter:

  • Your Shopify store URL (e.g. mystore.myshopify.com)
  • Your Shopify Client ID
  • Your Shopify Client Secret

You'll get the Client ID and Client Secret from a custom app on your Shopify store — create one in Shopify's Dev Dashboard, enable the read_orders and read_products API scopes, install it on your store, then copy the credentials from the app's API credentials page.

2

Point it at your DTF software

Still in Settings, set the hot folder path — this is the folder your DTF software watches for incoming files. In your DTF software, look for a hot folder or watch folder setting (usually under its queue or RIP settings), enable it, and choose a folder location. Enter that same path in the app's Settings tab.

3

Sync and map your products

Sync your products from Shopify, then match each one to its design file. Once a product is mapped, that mapping is saved — you won't need to map it again on future orders.

4

Fetch and send your first orders

On the Orders tab, choose a start and end date and fetch. Orders split into mapped (ready to go) and unmapped (map them right there, inline). Select the orders you want — or hit Select All — and send them to your DTF software.

5

Check History and Dashboard

The History tab logs every fetch and every send. The Dashboard tab shows your stats at a glance and has its own button to trigger a fetch whenever you want.

Troubleshooting

Orders are being skipped

Check the History tab — it says exactly why each order was skipped. Usually the product name doesn't match Shopify exactly. Copy the product name directly from Shopify admin when mapping it.

"Could not connect to Shopify"

Double-check your store URL, Client ID, and Client Secret in Settings. The URL should not include https:// — just mystore.myshopify.com. Also confirm your custom app is installed and its API scopes include read_orders and read_products.

Files aren't showing up in my DTF software

Make sure the hot folder path in Settings matches exactly what's configured in your DTF software, and that your DTF software is running with its queue active.
